By registering on or using VeriHire (Platform, we, us), operated by Tandsol Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this Platform.
By submitting any feedback, rating, or information on this Platform, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and based on your direct personal experience; you have not fabricated or materially misrepresented any facts; and you have not submitted feedback on behalf of another person without authorisation. Breach of this warranty constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VeriHire, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) content you submit; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
VeriHire retains the identity of all users who submit feedback internally for legal compliance, law enforcement, and dispute resolution purposes. Where feedback is displayed without direct attribution to the reviewer, this does not constitute an undertaking of permanent anonymity. VeriHire may disclose reviewer identity when required by a court of competent jurisdiction or applicable law.
You must not submit content that is knowingly false, defamatory, or maliciously misleading; contains personally identifiable information of third parties (PAN, Aadhaar, bank details); is discriminatory on the basis of caste, religion, gender, race, nationality, or disability; relates to a minor; constitutes harassment or threats; infringes intellectual property rights; or violates the Information Technology Act, 2000 or DPDP Act, 2023.
By submitting content to this Platform, you grant VeriHire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, aggregate, and use such content for operating the Platform, including generating anonymised statistical reports and analytics.
VeriHire reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse any content that violates these Terms or our Intermediary Policy, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriHire aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed INR 1,000. VeriHire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Sonipat, Haryana, India.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Tandsol Private Limited operates VeriHire as an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. VeriHire does not initiate the transmission of content, select the recipients of content, or modify the content transmitted by users. VeriHire is not liable for any third-party content hosted on the Platform, provided that VeriHire observes due diligence as prescribed under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. This safe harbour is contingent on VeriHire acting expeditiously to remove or disable access to content upon receiving actual knowledge, a court order, or appropriate government notification that such content is unlawful.
