VeriHire is an intermediary platform under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide a technology platform enabling users to submit structured professional feedback. We do not create, own, or endorse any user-submitted content.
Users must not host, display, upload, or share content that:
VeriHire publishes these rules, privacy policy, and user agreement prominently. We inform users not to host prohibited content. We act on complaints within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.
If you believe content on VeriHire violates these rules or your legal rights, submit a complaint to our Grievance Officer at grievance@verihire.in. Include: (a) your contact details; (b) URL or location of the content; (c) nature of the violation; (d) supporting evidence. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and take action within 15 working days.
VeriHire will comply with orders from courts of competent jurisdiction and government agencies as required by applicable law. We may disclose user information including identity when legally required.
VeriHire is not liable for any content posted by users. Our liability is limited to the extent provided under applicable intermediary safe harbour provisions under the Information Technology Act, 2000, subject to our compliance with prescribed due diligence obligations.
Each user is solely responsible for the content they submit. By using this Platform, users acknowledge that any false, defamatory, or unlawful submission may result in account termination, legal action, and disclosure of their identity to affected parties or authorities.
